Italian partnership for UNIT 22

New, 10m long, on field within the major European and Italian sports events and venues, just like Serie A matches. It's the new OB-Van called "Unit 22" co-signed by two Italian companies, Telerecord and Aret Audio and Video Engineering.
It represents the latest in a series of similar projects carried out in cooperation in recent years: it is the fifth ob-unit in a row created under the same name and sold to international broadcasters.

Sematron Italy Srl, a company with extensive experience in the broadcast industry and satellite communications, is offering the newest version of its mobile communication satellite over IP connection system. It's called "Live Everywhere", and available in three options, configurable and integrated for every need and requirement, FIXED, FLY AWAY, MOBILE SNG, and is also used by FIGC and Tiscali.

"Super Touch" is at first sight a large HD monitor by Red Bee with attached software called "Piero" that Sky Italy reporters and commentators or "talents", just like Marchegiani and Costacurta (two former soccer players) and Andrea Zorzi (former volleyball player), intensively employ in various sports broadcasts.
In practice, the situation is more complex because this Super Touch becomes an indispensable adjunct in the management of many television programs as well as an analysis tool that is used to review the "whole" match, starting from the actions on the field.

SVG: From the sports season point of view, what can we say of 2013 in comparison to 2012?

Giovanni Bruno: In sports the odd years are the ones with no major events. All the more reason for those who, like us, came out from the Olympic Games celebrating the event with 12 tv channels and even a 3D one. But for us 2013 was the year of the return to Formula 1, which has brought us to restate the philosophy of the multi channel mosaic on sceren. And so our subscribers have been at the center of the races throughout the season, choosing the points of view in a personal direction, and were able to propose a totally new way to present Formula 1 car races, a ever seen before empathic show on tv.
