CVE introduces CVE: Communication Video Engineering presents Connect Video Enterprise

CVElogo1In the Broadcast and media landscape, CVE, Communication Video Engineering, stands out with 40 years of history.

Founded in 1982 by Carmelo Catalano, a name that would become an icon in the industry, CVE has always maintained its professionalism and seriousness in the market.

In 2008, Carmelo's son, Luca Catalano, launched the new CVE, Communication Video Engineering, as an independent continuation of CVE's legacy in the Broadcast and media sector.

This year, just after its 40th anniversary, CVE has realized a new project conceived by founder Carmelo: the establishment of CVE Connect Video Enterprise Srl.

This new initiative, sharing the same ownership and financial capabilities, focuses on the direct distribution of products rather than the realization of complex systems and services for audio/video telecommunications.

CVEConnectAIConnect Video Enterprise emerges with an experienced team, maintaining a strong tradition and a connection with the "CVE" name, reflecting its dedication to connectivity and the sale of products as autonomous entities, not necessarily tied to systems.

Distribution occurs both directly to large corporate clients and through a network of partners throughout Italy, with a particular focus on cables, connectors, "glue" technologies for signal transport, and active devices for signal transfer from one point to another.

CVE Connect Video Enterprise shares its personnel with CVE Communication Video Enterprise and has a sales mission based on a three-year plan to establish itself as a relevant player in the market.

Luca Catalano emphasizes: "The fact that a good portion of Connect Video Enterprise's products was already marketed by Communication Video Engineering facilitated a rapid penetration into the market.

In less than a year since the company's opening, we already have a significant portfolio of high-level clients, including major broadcasters."

BeldenLogoAmong the prominent brands in the lineup, Belden plays a central role in this new venture and is officially distributed in Italy.

Belden offers a wide range of Smart City technology products, including coaxial cables, fiber optic cables, network cables, audio cables, and solutions for data centers, such as racks and power supplies.

Other important brands in the connectivity sector include Lynx Technik AG, exclusively distributed in Italy, Coax Connector, Matrox, and Percon for audio cables.

Regarding active products, Connect Video Enterprise has entered into various agreements, including a significant one with Aten, of which it is the official distributor in Italy.

Luca Catalano concludes: "The results achieved so far demonstrate our success, with a dedicated warehouse hosting a substantial stock of materials ready for distribution.

We are ready to face the significant challenges the market presents, even with Connect!

We are constantly expanding our portfolio with important brands and technologies, and we already have several major projects underway.

Additionally, with the support of the brands and technologies of Connect Video Enterprise, we have won a significant contract for RAI.

The sales team consists of two people operating directly in the Italian territory, also serving as coordinators for other sales partners.

Additionally, four people are dedicated to this project, including Alessandro Bianchi in Milan and Dario Bruno in the Rome branch. In just six months, the company has recorded a significant increase in turnover, and we hope the trend continues."
