Today CVE officially announces that it has signed a distribution agreement for ATEN branded products.
Luca Catalano, CVE's CEO, points out:

It is no coincidence, therefore, that among our most important brands there is also Belden who, producing mainly cabling for infrastructures, has almost directly driven this acquisition of ATEN which, for its part, produces a thousand "collateral" but indispensable devices for AV and control infrastructures".
