Now Shipping: Observer® Professional
Based on Microsoft® Silverlight™, the Observer® Professional includes an intuitive, streamlined user interface for both Mac® and PC platforms that supports Internet Explorer®, Safari®, Google Chrome™, and Firefox® browsers, as well as integrated export functionality to H.264, Flash®, MPEG-2, or MPEG-4. Volicon will demonstrate significant enhancements to the Observer Professional's optional Scheduled Recording Module, which integrates with electronic programming guides (EPGs) to enable quick and easy scheduling, recording, and enhanced searching with auto-complete technology on key media mentions in the video stream.

Observer® Enterprise
The Observer® Enterprise is a next-generation media monitoring and logging solution that correlates several months of video and audio data all within a single Web browser client application. Beyond the core, mission-critical functions of quality and compliance monitoring, the Observer Enterprise offers high value throughout the organization — from marketing, sales, and traffic to business planning and management. Observer® RPM Version 5.5
The latest release of the Observer® Remote Program Monitor (RPM) specifically addresses the effective management of large-scale installations with the new Element Management Services (EMS) module, which enables centralized configuration and alert management of multiple probes in a large operation. RPM 5.5 also includes significant enhancements to the Interactive Services Module (ISM), which enables users to reliably test complex on-demand or interactive services using pattern matching, advanced decision-making, and improved quality-of-experience detectors. The ISM now includes an Interactive Services Wizard, a desktop application for developing reliable interactive services scripts, and a module that enables the ISM's operation on every encoder in the operation.

Observer® Scout
Observer® Scout is a low-cost, single-rack-unit, single-channel appliance for broadcasters, network or cable/IPTV operators, NOC engineers, or customer care engineers that require a cost-effective means of performing quality checks at A/V service handoffs. Unlike similar products on the market, Observer Scout is inexpensive to maintain, provides 24/7 video recording for up to three days, enables content capture and export, and supports multiple users. Observer Scout includes a Quality-of-Experience option for continuous logging of signal faults, a Scheduled Recording option, and an Element Management Services software option for centralized configuration and management of multiple probes.

Native Interface to ASI Source for the Observer® family
In addition to its existing analog, SD-SDI, and HD-SDI video sources, the Volicon Observer® now includes a native interface to an ASI source.
